Colour : Shades of brown with copper highlights.

Aroma :  Sherry, dried plum, raisin, ripe apricot, brown sugar, clove, cinnamon, cacao and an intense aroma of oak.

Palate : Dried plum, cinnamon, cacao and clove with hints of tobacco and a long finish of dried plum and caramelized walnut.
